TournaMart has been the premier soccer event marketing and management company in Illinois since 2010 and we are now growing and advertising Nationally with over 100,000 current soccer club/team rep subscribers. Our services include email marketing and scheduling of soccer leagues, tournaments, and camps.
We started TournaMart in 2010 because we wanted to help kids from low income families participate in tournaments and leagues when most of those families simply couldn't afford to pay the typical $500+ tournament and $1000+ league entry fees. So we created a company to run our own tournaments and leagues for a price those kids could afford. Our events started attracting more and more teams until we had a large subscriber list and then other events started asking us to advertise for them too. Today we still work with events to include teams of low income kids but in addition we now provide marketing services to all events nationwide.
Our marketing approach today is very simple - we put events in touch with people who might want to participate in the events for a very low fee. Anyone who wants to know anything about upcoming soccer events in their area registers on our web site and then when an event is upcoming they will receive an email from us letting them know about it. If/when they no longer are interested in soccer events, they click the Unsubscribe link in the email and they will not hear from us again.
So if your company is running an event (e.g. tournament, league, or camp) and want to get the word out to representatives from almost every club in your area plus more, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us what you're looking for, and we'll provide feedback and pricing. Our fees are so low that if 1 email blast brings in just 1 participant it will almost certainly have paid for itself. Once you decide how many email blasts you want to send, to which geographic area(s), and when then you pay the fee and point us to a web site or other content about your event and we put together an attractive draft email for you to review and approve before we send it out. Once we send it out we can provide statitsics on opens, click-throughs, etc. whenever you want them.
A significant benefit of having us sending this email instead of trying to do it yourself is that we ensure that the email is constructed properly so as not to to be mistaken for spam by the recipients. We have a great reputation with all major email service providers and know exactly what it takes to get email delivered to large sets of people. If you don't know how the SPF, DKIM, MX Records, A Records, rDNS, and DMARC fields need to be populated in email headers for sending email to multiple recipients, or don't know the impact of sending rapidly, image-to-text ratio, upper-case letters, monetary/red flag keywords, repeated characters, and different attachment formats in your email or don't know how to get on white lists and/or feedback loops then you should simply not try to send email advertising an event yourself as you're more likely to just get yourself on a black list than have your email delivered! We, on the other hand, know exactly what can/can't go in an email and are on feedback loops and white lists of every major email service provider.
