To find open timeslots, look for the word "open" on the schedule and only select those "open" timeslots that have existing games immediately before or after them to ensure refs will be available.
If there are less than 3 timeslots that work for you then repeat the same date/time in more than one field BUT this will reduce the likelihood of your opponent being available and so delay your reschedule request from being agreed upon and approved.
Other teams may also be trying to reschedule games to the same timeslot(s) you are and timeslots will be re-allocated on a first-come basis so it's in your best interests to get a timeslot agreed to by your opponent ASAP and the best way to do that is to offer them 3 different timeslots. |
